Miami's new "pop up" gastronomic society will open in July. We needed a unique place to enjoy great cuisine and the best wines among friends, family and any other person willing to become part of the Txoko [Cho-co]. We are opening in what we consider the best possible place around the area: Villa 221. Cool villa, great garden, easy access and affordable parking.

Soft opening last Wednesday 22 of June was a lot of fun!! :) We hope to see you soon at the Txoko! In order to make your reservations call: 305 771 4510.

Chef: Michael Schukar.
Management: Mama's Group.
Wine: Jaime Pan de Soraluce.

The idea
Degustation Four Course Menu ($35 per guest) and great valued fine wine (carefully selected and paired by us).
What kind of food? We prefer not to define our food. Simply GOOD FOOD, with prime ingredients and changing every two weeks depending on the seasonality and our Chef's inspiration.

We will also have a comfortable lounge to enjoy drinks with our famous "tapitas" and great service.
